Kumamoto Parco is a building containing fashion-related shops, located in the busiest quarter of Kumamoto, and containing around 70 shops of a wide variety, including the most recent fashion, miscellaneous goods, cosmetics, outdoor goods and cafes. Currently, 12 shops offer tax-free services to tourists, and guests can have tax redeemed.
